At Zodiac Training we have been delivering training and development programmes since 1996 and now employ over 150 skilled and dedicated members of staff in offices throughout north-east England.

We deliver our services nationwide and our aim is simple, to improve the skills of employees and the capability of businesses through high-quality training and development and dedicated service. In doing so we seek to be recognised as one of the finest providers of vocational and bespoke training and development in the country.

We offer a portfolio of more than 30 qualifications across many sectors as well as hundreds of short courses and we are constantly increasing the scope of our offering in order to meet the changing needs of business.

In order to ensure we are delivering the best possible customer service, we have in place both internal and independent customer surveys. In May 2008 an independent, government survey through the Framework for Excellence model asked 400 learners and businesses to rate the service Zodiac Training provides, 100% of learners gave Zodiac Training the highest possible grade for the quality of our service and the support they received and 91% of companies said they would be using Zodiac Training again in the future. Our overall ranking was, ‘Outstanding’.
