Susan Makin had this to say on the completeion of her NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration:

I was always very frightened at school and college and I did not enjoy the learning experience at all. However, I have thoroughly enjoyed studying this NVQ and I felt very comfortable expanding and explaining my work experience, past and present, and converting them into modules for this course.

It has been good to reflect on working experiences and see how they can be transferred to current working situations.

I think I am more suited to learning in this manner rather than a more academic environment and look forward to researching the other vocational training that is available to me.

I am grateful to my Training Advisor for all her assistance and for boosting my confidence in many aspects of this training.
