Job Description: Telesales Advisor
Reporting to
Telesales Team Leader
Purpose
To maximise learner starts by ensuring employers are identified for funded and commercial programmes. To identify potential employers and engage with decision makers to gain sales appointments.
Duties
- Actively promote all of Zodiac product range to businesses and learners
- Calling customers proactively to sell learning programmes
- Focusing on outbound sales to generate business opportunities
- Responsible for meeting /challenging sales targets through pro-actively selling Zodiac‘s products to businesses
- Establishing quality leads for Sales Advisors to promote a positive conversion rate
- Ensure client satisfaction, including dealing with client queries efficiently and effectively
- Provide information on the level of support and commitment the employer has to demonstrate as part of the programme requirements
- Plan, target, achieve and exceed agreed profile in line with Zodiac’s business plan
- Maintain and update records with all relevant information including yeti and CRM systems
- To ensure that the company internal/external customer care policies are adhered to at all times
- Maintain relationship and build on existing business with all clients
- Maintain strong communication links with all departments
- To respect and adhere to Zodiacs Values: Respect, Integrity, Commitment and Innovation
- Carry out HR duties in line with company procedures
- To apply Zodiac’s own Safeguarding policy and practices
- To cover absences of colleagues to maintain continuity and achievement in agreement with Line Manager
- Any other relevant duties agreed with the Line Manager
