A training company says it is set to triple staff to 200 and sales to £10m over the next four years Gateshead-based Zodiac Training, which was launched 12 years ago in Sunderland, believes that future growth will come from a growing roster of clients in both the public and private sector.

The business, which currently has revenues of £3m, has already increased from 50 to 70 staff over the last two months and is set to add two more offices in the region to existing ones in Team Valley, where most of its staff are based, at Sunderland, Seaham and Middlesbrough.

It has worked with over 1,000 organisations across the UK, business including Virgin Media, Orange, Big Lottery and Eversheds and public sector organisations including JobCentre Plus, Business Link North East and young person advice organisation Connexions.
