Zodiac founders Lilian Mains and Jacqui McQueen scooped the Women in Technology/Innovation Award and were runners up in the Susan Dobson Award for Entrepreneurship at the recent North East Women Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
The Women in Innovation/Technology Award, sponsored by Teesside University, recognises the North East business woman who has demonstrated exceptional success in using business technology to create a significant competitive advantage. The Susan Dobson Award for Entrepreneurship is a flagship award given in honour of a truly remarkable entrepreneur, Susan Dobson. The Award, sponsored by The Susan Dobson Memorial Fund, recognises women in business who, over the last 5 years or more, have achieved outstanding success in creating or growing a new or existing enterprise.
Lilan and Jacqui were extremely proud to be recognised for their achievements and congratulate the other winners on the night along with all those who took part.
