Which geographical areas does Zodiac cover?
Zodiac operates throughout the North East and West Yorkshire with the capacity to deliver certain programmes nationally and internationally.
Are there any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions when it comes to learning. There may be some age restrictions in relation to certain types of funding, please call our Customer Service Team or visit the funding pages for further details on these restrictions.
How do I choose the right course or qualification for me?
Zodiac offers a wide range of training for all ages and abilities, and our training can be tailored to meet your specific needs or the needs of your business. Call our Customer Service team who will discuss the range of options available to you.
How will I be assessed?
We offer a wide range of assessment tools depending on the course you follow. Our e-learning courses are assessed online and Apprenticeships involve a mixture of observation, portfolio building, recorded discussion and online assessment. How does an NVQ compare with other qualifications?

How long does an apprenticeship take?
The timescale for the completion of an Apprenticeship is 11 months. The timescale for the completion of an Advanced Apprenticeship is between 13 and 18 months dependant on the occupational area. You can find further details in the Apprenticeship FAQ in the Training section.
What should I do if I can’t find the training I want on your website?
It may be that we can supply the training you want but it is not currently listed on our website. Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on 0845 330 8184 who will advise you on how we can help or fill in our contact form and provide details of the training you require. If we are unable to supply your training ourselves we will, in almost all cases, be able to recommend somebody who can.

GNER wanted to achieve this by providing recognition to its on board staff by offering them the opportunity to work towards an NVQ in Customer Service. Zodiac were the only company that could offer the flexibility that the on board train environment required.
