IT Professional Apprenticeships are for anyone interested in starting a career in IT.

As a Zodiac Training IT Professional Apprentice you will earn while you learn, because you will receive a minimum Apprenticeship wage of £2.60 per hour for the duration of your Apprenticeship – from August 2012 this will be a minimum of 12 months.

Topics in the Apprenticeship include:

• Customer Care in ICT
• Technical Fault Diagnosis
• Software Installations and Upgrades
• Networking
• Working with ICT Hardware and Equipment

As an IT Apprentice you will learn how to:

• Analyse and resolve technical IT problems
• Support hardware and software upgrades and installations
• Communicate well with others
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure
