e2e from Zodiac Training is all about giving you what you need right now.

Is it for me?
If you’re aged 16-18, not in work or training or at school or college and you want help to find a job or get into further education, then e2e is for you.

What do I get?
No two e2e experiences are the same. You get what you need. It could be work experience, skills or training. This is not school, we help you in one-to-one sessions or in small groups. The programme lasts up to 22 weeks, depending on what you need.

Is there any financial support?
You will receive a £30 per week allowance while you are on e2e, there are also bonuses and you can get help with travel costs.

And what’s the result?
You gain skills, confidence and expert help and you progress into further education or into a job with training.
