Zodiac Training, through its contract with the European Social Fund and the Learning and Skills Council (LSC),  are offering a package of support for those in the North-East who are going through the difficulty of redundancy.

Zodiac Training’s R2R Programme aims to minimise the impact of redundancy by providing  support and guidance for individuals alongside employment and training opportunities. Our fully trained and dedicated team help to assess the existing skills of individuals and provide any necessary training to enable them to move back into sustainable employment as quickly as possible.

We offer:

• Support for redundant employees through training and qualifications to aid new, sustainable employment
• Vacancy Matching Service to identify new jobs
• Advice, support and guidance  from application to interview to employment and beyond

We also provide a Recruitment and Selection service for companies allowing them to advertise vacancies and identify potential candidates as well as providing support for new and existing staff with training and qualifications.
