Zodiac’s Response To Redundancy Service provides eligible individuals with an advice and guidance session with an expert advisor.

During  the session you will discuss your current abilities and skills, identify any training and support you may need to help you back into work or to switch careers and explore job opportunities within the many companies who are working with Zodiac to help you back into sustainable employment.

To book an R2R advice and guidance session, please call 0845 330 8184 and ask for the R2R Team. They will quickly and simply assess your eligibility for the session and agree a convenient date, time and location for you to meet. There are Zodiac centres running R2R  advice and guidance sessions throughout the North-East, so there should be one not too far from you.

If you need help with application forms, CV writing, interview techniques or any of the essential skills that are crucial to help you back into employment, we hold regular practical advice sessions. Again, the sessions are designed to fit in with your schedule so please call the R2R team to make a convenient appointment.

It may be that you want to change your career path or increase your current skills. You can discuss this with your R2R advisor during your advice and guidance session and they will be able to tell you about the wide range of fully-funded training that is available to you through the service.

There is no cost to you for the R2R advice and guidance sessions, workshops or training. The service is provided free of charge to help you back into employment.
