Young Leaders Programme
The Young Leaders Programme is a residential course, delivered over 2½ days. Pupils study management theories including leadership, project management and team building followed by outdoor activities to help transfer their learning into practical tasks.
Aimed at sixth form students the programme aids the development of skills required for working life such as working as part of a team, problem solving and using initiative to reach set goals.
Pupils who complete the Young Leaders Programme feel more positive and better equipped for the transition from education into the workplace.

Since enrolling on the training programme with Zodiac Training my career has taken a turn for the better. I have achieved a number of promotions and since completing my NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service I have been employed as a store manager. I am over the moon with the way things are going.
