Employment Related Services
Level 2 and 3

Available at NVQ Level 3 and Advanced Apprenticeship.

Our Employer Related Services qualification is  designed for those who help people seeking employment.
It is aimed at those working in the employabilty and skills sector which could include recruitment agencies, career guidance providers, schools and colleges who deliver careers advice, job centres, deliverers of Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET) services, or any other pre-employment service.

NVQ Level 3

The Level 3 NVQ in Employment Related Services enables learners to comply with legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements relating to the Employer Related Services sector and to assess and progress their own personal development against the performance requirements of the business in which they work.

The purpose of the qualification is to:

• Contribute towards meeting the professionalisation of the employment related services sector
• Raise the performance and productivity of practitioners working within the employment related services sector
• Improve delivery standards and positive progressions so that more people are moved into sustained employment

Advanced Apprenticeship
The Advanced Apprenticeship qualification consists of the following elements:

• Key Skills – Application of Number Level 2 and Communication Level 2
• Technical Certificate
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities
• NVQ Level 3 – see above
