Administration roles are also an excellent starting point to move into management once you have more experience.

These Business Administration qualifications provide individuals with an opportunity to demonstrate and improve their skills and knowledge and encompasses a broad range of competencies from the administration sector.

NVQ Level 2
At level 2 the learner will need to demonstrate the ability to perform a wide range of administrative activities.

NVQ Level 3
The learner should be working in an administrative role that includes responsibility for other staff. The qualification develops competence in a wide range of administrative activities, most of which are complex and non-routine.

Apprenticeship
The Apprenticeship qualification consists of the following elements:

• Employment Rights and Responsibilities
• Key Skills: Application of Number Level 1 and Communication Level 2
• Technical Certificate Level 2

Advanced Apprenticeship
The Advanced Apprenticeship qualification consists of the following elements:

• Key Skills Level 2
• Technical Certificate Level 3
