NVQ Level 2

The NVQ Level 2 in Sales and Telesales is relevant to anyone working in a range of sectors and roles, for example a sales advisor in a retail store environment, a membership advisor in a health and fitness club or a member of a telesales team promoting products and services over the phone.

NVQ Level 3

The NVQ Level 3 qualification in Sales and Telesales is suitable for anyone working in, or progressing towards, a supervisory sales role. This is a flexible qualification which can be tailored to meet the requirements of the individual job no matter what the sector.

Apprenticeship
The Apprenticeship qualification consists of the following elements:

• Key Skills – Application of Number Level 1 and Communication Level 1
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities
• NVQ Level 2 – see above

Advanced Apprenticeship
The Advanced Apprenticeship qualification consists of the following elements:

• Key Skills – Application of Number Level 2 and Communication Level 2
